Service Description
Refills has to be done within 2-3 weeks, more then 4 weeks or less then 1/3 remaining lashes will be charge for an new set price. Sorry I'm no longer doing any type of lashes refill from other tech's work, because of insurance reason and bad experience. So I'll remove them and make new set. Cancellation Policy
🌷 Appointment & Cancellation Policy 🌷 ⏰ Punctuality Please arrive on time. More than 15 minutes late → Appointment will be cancelled & rescheduled. Booking fee is non-refundable. 🚫 Please come without makeup, especially eye makeup, to ensure the best result for your lash appointment. ----------------------------------------------------- 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling 48+ hours’ notice → Booking fee can be transferred to a new date. Within 48 hours → Booking fee is non-refundable. Within 3 hours / No-show → 100% service fee will be charged. Failed payment → You cannot rebook until the fee is cleared. --------------------------------------------------------- ⚡ Short-Notice Bookings Booked within 48 hrs → Need 24 hrs’ notice to reschedule. Booked within 24 hrs → Need 12 hrs’ notice. -------------------------------------------------------------------- 🙏 Important Reminder Deposits are non-refundable.
