🌷IMPORTANT🌷 Reminder: Everyone's time is precious, and the processing time has limited flexibility. Any delay for more than 10 minuets, last minutes cancellation (within 48 hours), no show, appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled, booking fee no refund. This is to ensure the best quality of service for you and the next customer as well. Thank you for your kindly understanding. Cancellation & No-show Policy S.K.Y. EyeLash Extension & Nail Beauty Studio maintains a strict policy regarding the cancellation of appointments. We require a minimum of 48 hours prior notice in order to move or cancel a scheduled appointment. Booking fee are non refundable but can reschedule to another date or time when 48 hours notice is given. Last minute cancellations, those made within 48 hours of your appointment time, booking fee no refund. If appointment cancelled within 12 hours will charge appointment in full price . Likewise if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, booking fee no refund. And will charge appointment in full price. If we need to charge a cancellation fee to your account and your provided debit card can not be debited you will not be able to book a new appointment until the fee is paid in full. We thank you for your understanding. We understand that emergencies happen and sometimes circumstances beyond control arise that prevent you from keeping a scheduled appointment, but outside of reasonable necessity we do require that 48 hours minimum notice.
