🌷 Appointment & Cancellation Policy 🌷 ⏰ Punctuality Please arrive on time. More than 15 minutes late → Appointment will be cancelled & rescheduled. Booking fee is non-refundable. 🚫 Please come without makeup, especially eye makeup, to ensure the best result for your lash appointment. ----------------------------------------------------- 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling 48+ hours’ notice → Booking fee can be transferred to a new date. Within 48 hours → Booking fee is non-refundable. Within 3 hours / No-show → 100% service fee will be charged. Failed payment → You cannot rebook until the fee is cleared. --------------------------------------------------------- ⚡ Short-Notice Bookings Booked within 48 hrs → Need 24 hrs’ notice to reschedule.
